    In case of a crash of you application, please check that you activated the crash report feature in your device. This is very helpful for us to understand what is going on and fix the problem.

    To summarize this procedure:
    1. Tap « Privacy » in iPad settings
    2. Scroll to the bottom and tap « Privacy and usage »
    3. Tap « Automatically Send » tab
    4. Activate the « Share with App developer » switch (to get a green color)
    Then, anytime a crash occurs, your device will send a technical report —with no private data, of course— to Apple. This report is then accessible to the application developers. Thanks!
